Do you allow outside caterers?

Outside caterers must be approved by the Hotel Vendors Catering license and$2 million Insurance Bond and Indemnity documents to be provided to the hotel within one month of contract signing

Do you require a deposit?

$5,000.00 is due upon contract signing Scheduled payments as follows: 6 months from event 50% of remaining balance due Final payment and guaranteed counts due 10 days prior to event

If you choose to use your own caterer for food preparation, the Wyndham Gettysburg will gladly provide the venue, room set-up and table service for the price of a facility rental and service fees. All alcoholic beverages and beverage service must be provided by the Wyndham Gettysburg for any event.
