I have stayed here ...

I have stayed here numerous times, but this time it was a little substandard. We always get the eggs Benedict when we come, but the restaurant was closed and only offered a buffet style. The room had no fan in the bathroom and the shower would get water on the floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would certainly think ...

I would certainly think twice about staying here. My boyfriend and I were getting ready to leave our room checking to make sure we had everything when he asked me is this your shirt? I said no, we had someone else’s dirty laundry in our room. That is totally unacceptable and disgusting.

The beds were specifically ...

The beds were specifically mentioned as fantastic. I have photos of the seriously tired and slumping, slouching bed, with tiny, lumpy pillows.sheets good, not anywhere near their rating online. Lovely people, but well overstated on the comfort level. So disappointed.

Rooms were comfortable, water ...

Rooms were comfortable, water has good pressure and hot. Staff was very kind and helpful. Whirlpool/hot tub was warm at best. Breakfast buffet isn’t available when they say- arrived 1 hour after it started and everything had been cleared away even though there was several hours left on the sign. Would stay again, just be more prepared for weekday stays
