I would certainly think twice about staying here. My boyfriend and I were getting ready to leave our room checking to make sure we had everything when he asked me is this your shirt? I said no, we had someone else’s dirty laundry in our room. That is totally unacceptable and disgusting.

The beds were specifically mentioned as fantastic. I have photos of the seriously tired and slumping, slouching bed, with tiny, lumpy pillows.sheets good, not anywhere near their rating online. Lovely people, but well overstated on the comfort level. So disappointed.

We were in town for a conference and stayed at the Wyndham. Would not stay there again. No microwave in the room, the refrigerator was not a refrigerator but rather a cooler that did not plug into the wall. A two queen bedroom and both mornings we were given only one coffee pod to use in the coffee maker, had to ask for more as well as soap and shampoo. The wallpaper by the elevators was coming off the wall. For the money we expected better from the hotel and staff. Have stayed at hotels that are considered less luxurious and have had breakfast included as well as bottles of water upon arrival.

Rooms were comfortable, water has good pressure and hot. Staff was very kind and helpful. Whirlpool/hot tub was warm at best. Breakfast buffet isn’t available when they say- arrived 1 hour after it started and everything had been cleared away even though there was several hours left on the sign. Would stay again, just be more prepared for weekday stays

So the only king bed room I could get was a Handicapped accessible room, so on to the room. Bed it ok to hard for my tast, there is no refrigerator and no microwave in the room. To use a microwave you have to go down to the front desk to the market store they have which coming from the 6th floor is ridiculous. Everything is outdated, the water pressure in my room on the 6th floor is weak, had to leave my trash outside of my room for the cleaning people because they didn't come and clean it for 2 days. Just so many things if your staying here overnight probably will be ok, staying for longer you might want to look into other options.
