Good location, nice movie ...

Good location, nice movie theatre nearby and fairly close to restaurants. Clean inside. However the beds are board hard with no padding and even my king bed had tiny pillows. Lots of parking. I think the Marriot next door might be more comfortable

No refrigerator or microwave ...

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Ice machine for the floor was not dispensing ice. Room was clean and comfortably furnished. Bed was comfortable

Everything was great but ...

Everything was great but the Oakroom waitress. Very unprofessional. She came out, scolded the hostess saying, “I’m not taking anyone else.” My husband and I were the only people standing in the entrance waiting to be seated. The hostess then stated he couldn’t seat us. We were there at 9:15 am. The hotel itself is great but I would look into professionalism among staff in the oakroom morning shift.

I would certainly think ...

I would certainly think twice about staying here. My boyfriend and I were getting ready to leave our room checking to make sure we had everything when he asked me is this your shirt? I said no, we had someone else’s dirty laundry in our room. That is totally unacceptable and disgusting.
