This is a hotel with great facility, don't get me wrong. My complaint is for some unknown reason we've been assigned a handicap room. The drainage system in the bathroom was terrible! After 6 hrs sleeping, the floor was still puddled with water which make using the toilet with dry feet impossible!! I had to use all the towels to keep at least the way to the toilet dry... It' was very unpleasant indeed though the room itself is spacious, and the linen and beds were decent. For the service, we were checking in at 10:00pm (I don't think it was too late for a night shift) the front desk staff was treating us casually, yawning without slight concern that it's a hostpitality business. No smile at all. Very unprofessional, to say the least.

Hotel is clean. Rooms are nice but very loud. You hear everything in the hallway and surrounding rooms. No information was given upon checkin for food, WiFi, etc. Tons of parking.

Everything was great except for the cleaning lady busting through the door 4 times before checkout time

Surprised there were no usb ports the rooms! And no blocks available at the front desk for loan or purchase. Could it charge phone!!

Nice stay, had an idoit pull a fire alarm at 2 am, maybe a little better communication could have been given but at the time most likely skeleton crew was in place
