Very clean, comfortable and ...

Very clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay. Staff was great, restaurant on location and 2 others nearby, still on the campus. Id stay here again if I come again to Gettysburg.

The hotel was perfect ...

The hotel was perfect for the conference we attended. The rooms were mostly clean but there were certain parts of it like door handles, the phone cradle and other places that were filthy. Beds were not comfortable. Emptying the dumpsters at 5:00 in the morning should be avoided next to a hotel. Other than that, it's a large facility for any big group. However, I would not stay the night here again.

The staff was great, ...

The staff was great, from the desk clerks, to housekeepers, to banquet staff. Two things I noticed, it was impossible to locate a trash can outside of my room. Second, the shower in my room had very low pressure, maybe because I was on the 6th floor, but it was very unsatisfying. It was really nice to have a diner right there within walking distance.

Taking a star off ...

Taking a star off because 1) the coffee maker in the room didn't work and they didn't fix it when asked, and 2) one elevator was out of service. They had a busy week with a convention and there were constant long waits to ride to the 6th floor.
