It's a pretty fancy place from the outside but things are sort of run down in the rooms. Then there's the fact that they want $3 for self serve coffee in the lobby.

Everyone at this hotel was helpful and friendly, from the check-in staff, the manager/waitress/bartender in the tavern, to the gentleman in maintenance. The rooms are roomy, the beds are comfortable, and the food in the restaurant/tavern was about the best hotel restaurant food we have had while traveling.

Great hotel to hold an event in and to spend the night. Clean and everyone was very courteous. Only problem is there is no coffee to be had unless you want to pay $17.95 for breakfast. Complementary coffee or even coffee for a fee would go a long way to keep your customers happy!

The beds were specifically mentioned as fantastic. I have photos of the seriously tired and slumping, slouching bed, with tiny, lumpy pillows.sheets good, not anywhere near their rating online. Lovely people, but well overstated on the comfort level. So disappointed.

Check was very easy. Front desk staff were professional and courteous. Plenty of parking even with events are taking place at the hotel. Hotel about 10 minutes from the Gettysburg Square or downtown. Amenities are a little pricey but typical of hotels gauging those looking for something convenient. Rooms were clean. Clean staff did a great job. Restaurant food is good and prices a bit steep for what you get. Checkout was easy. Would recommend .
