Very beautiful hotel but looks like it is needing a facelift. The Wi-Fi was sometimes iffy. The prices were jacked up for an event. Had to ask for housekeeping items. Also would be good to have coffee in the lobby 24/7

Great location and service was outstanding. Rooms seemed kinda dated. No extras other than the internet. I did expect more from a hotel in this price range.

The hotel staff totally exceeded my expectations. They were so helpful especially when we discovered I had booked 2 rooms by accident. The only reason they aren’t 5 stars is because of the elevator situation. When you have everyone checking in and no elevators work that’s an issue. That’s the only thing I think needs to be resolved with your elevator company.

Our room didn't have a refrigerator, but was very clean, the service was great. The dinner menu is very sparse and did not have a lot of meals that were on their website. Our server went out of her way to make sure I got a meal I could eat with all my food restrictions. The whole hotel is decorated in a Presidential theme, very impressive. The swimming pool was great, the pool bathrooms also had lockers and showers. Would definitely go back.
