I have stayed here a number of times over the years. The rooms can be pricey if you do not have a group rate. The hotel itself is spacious and has a number of amenities. The rooms have become dated and many have no refrigerators, a no-no. I understand that renovations of the rooms are in the works. The parking lots are a big problem. The lines between the parking spaces have become very faded and need to be repainted. More importantly, the overhead lights are out in many places, leading to darkened areas at night and presenting a safety (and legal) hazard. I have stayed there twice within the last month and observed these problems. Wyndham needs to get more aggressive in resolving these issues, which indicate continued neglect.

Location is great! You can walk to the movie theater! On the other hand, I had to call downstairs to get more towels, 10 minutes goes by, nothing, so I go down and say I'm the that requested clean towels...they said they never had a phone call saying that 😂 and im on day 3 of my 7 day vacation here and no one has yet came to clean mine OR my friends room!!!😡😡

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, the front desk staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable unlike other hotels I've stayed at. I wouldn't eat here, the food is expensive. My one big complaint is noise. Not the fault of the hotel or staff but I stayed here twice and was kept up half the night due to guests being loud in the hallway or slamming room doors/the door from the stairs to the hall. There really should be a noise ordinance put in place or get doors that don't slam shut.

Poor quality restaurant food and service.

We booked a weekend trip to see Gettysburg. We have a five month old and two year old and chose this hotel for the good location and having a heated indoor pool. The pool was not heated. It is in a greenhouse type room attached to the hotel and was the coldest pool I’ve ever been in (it was October). The hotel should not advertise as having a heated pool if they aren’t going to use the heat.
