The hotel itself is ...

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are clean, the front desk staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable unlike other hotels I've stayed at. I wouldn't eat here, the food is expensive. My one big complaint is noise. Not the fault of the hotel or staff but I stayed here twice and was kept up half the night due to guests being loud in the hallway or slamming room doors/the door from the stairs to the hall. There really should be a noise ordinance put in place or get doors that don't slam shut.

Rooms were comfortable, water ...

Rooms were comfortable, water has good pressure and hot. Staff was very kind and helpful. Whirlpool/hot tub was warm at best. Breakfast buffet isn’t available when they say- arrived 1 hour after it started and everything had been cleared away even though there was several hours left on the sign. Would stay again, just be more prepared for weekday stays

Visited a couple of ...

Visited a couple of weeks ago for 3 days. Overall good experience but...after checking in, we went to font desk and asked for 2 more pillows to be delivered to our room. Guy at front desk said he'd get them delivered and wrote down a note with our room number. After returning to our room later that day, and noticing no pillows were delivered, I returned to same clerk at front desk and said "friendly reminder about 2 pillows for our room". No one else was at front desk and he said something like he'll make sure they get delivered. The next day, still no pillows, and was assured they were coming. We checked out the following day and never received our pillows. Something so easy to do, but it fell thru the cracks as something obviously not important to the customer service staff.

Amazing interior on the ...

Amazing interior on the first floor and the business part of the hotel/ great historical place/ awesome atmosphere! But here are a few things about the room we stayed in: no refrigerator/ no extra blankets in wardrobe/ very low pressure of hot water in the sync; the shower was fine but the shower curtain was not long enough, so anytime we take a shower the entire bathroom was in water. Rooms were cleaned once, every 3 days.
