Hotel is beautiful, and overall clean, near some great restaurants, room was ehh…ok. No refrigerator and shower wasn’t great. Do not do breakfast “buffet”! Food was not good, coffee not great, temp was cold. I said something to server and was told if we leave she has to pay for our meals out of her tips! That made me feel bad so we stayed. I’m not sure that I would stay here again.

The rooms do not come with a refrigerator, You have to ask for one. The AC turns off without movement in the room. Use caution if having pets stay in the room unattended in a crate. We came back to a distressed pup. On that note, the air conditioners are old and barely work. We had to change rooms at 10 pm because it wouldn't go below 77 degrees in room. The evening manager was a big help though. Koodos to him. The rest of the hotel is beautiful.

We were in town for a conference and stayed at the Wyndham. Would not stay there again. No microwave in the room, the refrigerator was not a refrigerator but rather a cooler that did not plug into the wall. A two queen bedroom and both mornings we were given only one coffee pod to use in the coffee maker, had to ask for more as well as soap and shampoo. The wallpaper by the elevators was coming off the wall. For the money we expected better from the hotel and staff. Have stayed at hotels that are considered less luxurious and have had breakfast included as well as bottles of water upon arrival.

Decent hotel in need of an upgrade. The lobby and first floor amenities present a nice facade, but the rooms themselves are a bit lacking, especially the beds. The beds are old spring mattresses. The linens are also old and thin. The pillows are pretty terrible; old, flat, and worn. I left with significant shoulder and neck pain after two nights. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat, and I’m sure it’s cleaner than some other hotels in the Gettysburg area, but be advised that you’re not in for the most comfortable night of your life.
