Nice stay, had an idoit pull a fire alarm at 2 am, maybe a little better communication could have been given but at the time most likely skeleton crew was in place

The convention and care of our room was above 100%. However the breakfast was severely overpriced as there were no eggs or potatoes in the line up. We sat down and were almost done eating when I flagged a waitress to ask if we missed getting drinks somewhere. She said no and asked what we wanted. So between being totally ignored for drinks and staples off of the main food area it was what lowered my rating for the hotel. At check out time we couldn’t get a cart after waiting forever to bring down our things so we had to manually carry everything down. But the rooms were spotless and clean. Fresh towels daily! Beds made daily!

Our only complaint was with the mattresses on the beds. They were terrible. No support whatsoever. Everything else was fine.

The restaurant food was great and the service was excellent! Checking in and out was a breeze! The room was very basic with an extremely small TV! If they want to continue to charge what they are I’d suggest doing an upgrade!

Went for the steampunk convention, fun but they didn't check if you had a pass
