We were there from ...

We were there from June 10-12 with our two daughters. It was promising when you walk in but that's where it really stopped. I had discussed an issue with my reservation to the front desk manager who was not really nice and talked to staff like children. I made the reservation on their webpage on June 2 and somehow it converted my June 10-12 reservation to the 2nd. They charged me a no show fee and the room for the night and refused to fix it. I will eat that but I am calling my Credit Card company as well to see if they can fix it. We got to the room and the beds were absolutely horrible. The mattresses were old and dipped. There was a weird musty smell and my allergies went crazy. In the bathroom there was a lot of mold around the shower and sing creases. Not cleaned very well. Definitely could use some updating for the cost. The front desk staff was nice other than the manager who seemed to just not be willing to help with anything. Petty typical these days with hotel owners though. They had hundreds of rooms open so I don't really see the issue. It's not like they lost money, they actually gained money by m staying three days instead of one day with my family. Online they advertise a package where meals are included and free parking as if you had to pay for parking. I chose that option and they stated it isn't even like that. You pay $15 per person at the restaurant for breakfast and parking is always free. Why advertise things you do not offer and charge people for them? I will not be returning, for the cost we could have had an AirBnB and better service. I rarely stay in hotels for this very reason. The service has gone way downhill.

Room was very clean ...

Room was very clean and comfortable but very outdated tv was very small and not a smart tv. No microwave in room, or on the floor so we had to use the one in the hotel lobby. Also no exhaust fan in bathroom so it got very stuffy and steamy in there. The hotel pool was very clean and a nice temperature but the hot tub needs some work. Overall a nice location and decent stay.

Very clean rooms and ...

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Only complaints was shower did leak all over floor and left a puddle. I also requested fresh towels that I never received. Pool and hot tub were great but WAY TOO much chlorine. Everyone’s eyes were burning. Even people not in our party were complaining in the elevator. We all had red eyes and were burning. Restaurant in hotel was great for dinner. Our server was a sweet young lady Ob..can’t remember her name. We were a party of 12 and had great service. Price was right and restaurant manager checked on us. Hung out at night in comfy chairs just outside bar. No room service but Great snack shop with everything you may need.

Absolutely stunning hotel. The ...

Absolutely stunning hotel. The details and decorations are so on point to the area and history there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Only thing I would say is the beds are not that comfortable so that could be a nice upgrade, but overall excellent stay!
