Reviewed the complaints and ...

Reviewed the complaints and won't/can't verify or dispute them, but all i can say is that MY experience a couple weeks ago was as close to perfection as i've ever had at a comparable hotel. My room was very clean. Bed was comfy as all get out. Observed zero pests. Shower worked fine. My room had the mini fridge (agreed this is a MUST, but personally can do w/o a microwave; anyway what are people doing on vacation etc. eating frozen/takeout food, seriously). If an in-room fridge is important to you, perhaps you should request/inquire. i had an outstanding breakfast the next morning in the restaurant. The food was prompt, hot, and delicious, and the service was fine. As far as housekeepers slamming doors in the morning: i've definitely experienced this at other hotels (and point is agreed, would never return to a hotel if this is experienced - excessively), but it didn't happen the next morning on my stay. Priced very well (via a 2nd party advance reservation; if you are a walk-in, you have no right to expect a discount). Very, very pleased with everything and will absolutely return. Look, some complaints from a couple-few months ago seem recurrent and valid, to varying degrees of accuracy and fairness. It appears as if Wyndham took note and at least has been working to address them, and when this is observed, it should be fairly noted to the business' credit.
