We stayed here as ...

We stayed here as a part of a moderate size group 50-ish adults). We had two unexceptional group buffet dinners, the rooms are pretty much what can be expected these days from a hotel (prices are up, rooms are smaller & could use refurbishing). There was no breakfast service on Mondays & Tuesdays due to staff shortages & we never bothered to eat there. (The Huntstown Diner is good & close by.) Also, no daily room cleaning or clean towels (unless requested). The front desk said staff isn't required to be vaccinated so they can't enter rooms to clean because they could get covid. I asked how they enter when guests checkout & isn't that a problem? ....cue the sound of crickets. Oh well, such is life on the road these days.

Visited a couple of ...

Visited a couple of weeks ago for 3 days. Overall good experience but...after checking in, we went to font desk and asked for 2 more pillows to be delivered to our room. Guy at front desk said he'd get them delivered and wrote down a note with our room number. After returning to our room later that day, and noticing no pillows were delivered, I returned to same clerk at front desk and said "friendly reminder about 2 pillows for our room". No one else was at front desk and he said something like he'll make sure they get delivered. The next day, still no pillows, and was assured they were coming. We checked out the following day and never received our pillows. Something so easy to do, but it fell thru the cracks as something obviously not important to the customer service staff.
