A lot of small ...

A lot of small things wrong with this hotel. Housekeeping should have vacuumed my room but it left a big mess. The pool is nice, but the locker room has got to be one of the coldest locker rooms I've ever been in. And there's no bench to sit on to get your shoes and socks back on. It's like the management has never actually tried staying in the hotel and using its facilities. It looks good on the surface, but less so under the surface. And the breakfast I've had here have been mediocre.

I give this hotel ...

I give this hotel a 3 star rating. Pros: room is clean, pillows are very soft and squishy. I love the chandeliers in the main lobby. It has a baby grand piano. Cons: room is not cold in summer, it is coolish but not cold. I set the air conditioner to 65 degrees Fahrenheit but it feels like 72. The people at the front desk say the room won’t get air conditioned unless you’re in the room due to a sensor that monitors when people are actually in the room. The front desk is usually unattended, which is unprofessional customer service. Room doesn’t come with a fridge. The toilet flush is weak.

Good place to use ...

Good place to use as base of operations for visiting the local area. Full service hotel, but rooms are a little dated- not a single USB port available, and the TV is last generation. No apps available, no option for Netflix, YouTube, or Amazon Prime. They really need to update to stay competitive.

#1....We had a conference ...

#1....We had a conference , at this place last week. The dinner was for approximately 300 people, the cost was $55.00 a plate, ( I'm a little.guy, so my #'s of people may be off a few, give or take), anyways the food was lukewarm/ to almost cold, and the service was about the same. End game, I wasn't pleased with the kitchen. #2....the elevator (s), need attention. They are slow, 1st off, and they have a jerky motion to them(on take off and landing). We have been here, a few years ago, and at that time, we were very pleased ,Not so much, this time around.
