Over all its a good place to stay its just it doesn't have accommodations for smoking guests

Room was dirty. Towels ...

Room was dirty. Towels not changed hole in screen. Air conditioner wouldn’t stay on. No refrigerator after requested twice

Staff was very professional ...

Staff was very professional and kind. Check in was an easy process. The lounge was beautiful and relaxing. Room was very clean. But unfortunately, the bed was horrible/outdated. We did book another somewhere else to have a better night sleep. Otherwise a beautiful hotel and close to everything in Gettysburg.
