Everything was great but the Oakroom waitress. Very unprofessional. She came out, scolded the hostess saying, “I’m not taking anyone else.” My husband and I were the only people standing in the entrance waiting to be seated. The hostess then stated he couldn’t seat us. We were there at 9:15 am. The hotel itself is great but I would look into professionalism among staff in the oakroom morning shift.

Room was good size, check in process was super easy with online pre check in, but was not expecting room service to aggressively knock on my door at 9 am asking if I'm checking out yet when check out is at noon. Woke up in a panic thinking I slept past checkout. You can also clearly hear the whenever the room above you finishes the toilet or runs the shower. It sounded like there was a leak in our bathroom, but no, just the room above us draining water.

I would certainly think twice about staying here. My boyfriend and I were getting ready to leave our room checking to make sure we had everything when he asked me is this your shirt? I said no, we had someone else’s dirty laundry in our room. That is totally unacceptable and disgusting.

The beds were specifically mentioned as fantastic. I have photos of the seriously tired and slumping, slouching bed, with tiny, lumpy pillows.sheets good, not anywhere near their rating online. Lovely people, but well overstated on the comfort level. So disappointed.

It was not a great place to spend the eve of Juneteenth. It would have also been nice to have a mini fridge in the room. The staff were amazing.
