Stayed here while exploring Gettysburg. The staff was friendly. The room I was in was nice. The hotel is in a nice area. Kind of secluded. There is also a movie theater within walking distance.

Staff- was great! Very clean room and all surrounding areas. Bar - short staffed, regardless very good service. Restaurant- over priced, little bang for the big buck. Rooms- clean, bed great. TV - incredibly small by today’s standards. Coffee maker/fridge- both way to small. Very unusual to have to pay for coffee in lobby- $3.53 for machined coffee, most Places have coffee available for Guaer in the lobby and room- Pool/gym- nice and clean.

It was a nice hotel, however: 1. The mattress topper was lumpy and kept sliding off the bed. Most of the stuffing in the mattress topper was shoved to the end making the end of the bed higher than the top. 2. The fan in the bathroom was broken and made the bathroom very hot and steamy after a shower. 3. The shower handle was backwards. You had to turn the handle towards cold to make it hot, and hot to make it cold.

Nicer than expected. Nice accommodations. Attended a conference. Food was good, but the person running the food service one evening would not replenish the desserts even though they had several racks of them in an open meeting room not being used. Friendly service at the front desk and at the small bar near the lobby.
