The beds and pillows ...

The beds and pillows were awful! I've had better beds in Econo lodges and Red Roof Inn. Shameful!

This hotel is close ...

This hotel is close to the attraction. However when entering the room we found a used wash cloth in the shower. Not sure what else was missed.

Location is great! You ...

Location is great! You can walk to the movie theater! On the other hand, I had to call downstairs to get more towels, 10 minutes goes by, nothing, so I go down and say I'm the that requested clean towels...they said they never had a phone call saying that 😂 and im on day 3 of my 7 day vacation here and no one has yet came to clean mine OR my friends room!!!😡😡

Room was good size, ...

Room was good size, check in process was super easy with online pre check in, but was not expecting room service to aggressively knock on my door at 9 am asking if I'm checking out yet when check out is at noon. Woke up in a panic thinking I slept past checkout. You can also clearly hear the whenever the room above you finishes the toilet or runs the shower. It sounded like there was a leak in our bathroom, but no, just the room above us draining water.
