Non working elevators are always a pet peeve. The first day of our stay, none were working. For the rest of the week, 2 out of 3 were operational. Frustrating

The hotel staff totally ...

The hotel staff totally exceeded my expectations. They were so helpful especially when we discovered I had booked 2 rooms by accident. The only reason they aren’t 5 stars is because of the elevator situation. When you have everyone checking in and no elevators work that’s an issue. That’s the only thing I think needs to be resolved with your elevator company.
