Accommodating and nice staff. The room was nice enough but the bed was very firm.

Non working elevators are ...

Non working elevators are always a pet peeve. The first day of our stay, none were working. For the rest of the week, 2 out of 3 were operational. Frustrating

Was here for a trade show & it's a really nice facility. The food was very good & staff seemed nice. Recommended for this type event.

Very beautiful hotel but ...

Very beautiful hotel but looks like it is needing a facelift. The Wi-Fi was sometimes iffy. The prices were jacked up for an event. Had to ask for housekeeping items. Also would be good to have coffee in the lobby 24/7

Great location and service ...

Great location and service was outstanding. Rooms seemed kinda dated. No extras other than the internet. I did expect more from a hotel in this price range.
