The rooms are very clean, the staff was great and it’s located just close enough to everything without being in the middle of town.

Very nice hotel. Room was a king premier suite with a large separate bedroom, separate living room and a large bathroom, double sink and huge shower stall. Very nicely decorated and furnished. The area and room was relatively quiet as our room overlooked the front of the hotel and we were at the very end of the building. Room decor was very nice, bed was very comfortable Some maintenance was needed (shower caulk) Room safe did not work- Reported, never fixed General hotel lobby and building was very nice, clean and safe. Hotel is some distanced from downtown / park. A building across the access road was closed (looked like it was a restaurant). Access road to the hotel was somewhat confusing with a few one ways that made no sense. A movie theater was in the same area, never saw a crowd. A disappointment was a lack of a breakfast. There is a small restaurant there, was never busy. Breakfast we saw did not appeal to us for the price. Can not comment on the quality as we did not eat at the restaurant. There was some confusing at the front desk on breakfast buffets and when / if they would have one. We ate locally as there are several restaurants near by and in town. Report a problem with the hotel safe. The front desk never had it fixed. Depending on who was staffing the desk, the level of support varied. Check-in was excellent, never saw the same people again however after check-in . Too bad because he was great. Over all a very nice hotel. Would stay again

I enjoyed my short stay , room was well taken care, the lobby had decoration of both Confederate and Union photos. It surprised me how nice was the hotel compare to online reviews. They best feature for me is they are dog friendly even the restaurant in the hotel.

I'm not sure where people come off saying this is a bad hotel. It's a 4 star in my opinion. Check in was very smooth and the staff was very nice. There is a sign at the front desk that clearly states: housekeeping does not come to rooms daily and to contact the desk if in need of additional supplies during your stay. Our room was a king (bed) room on the 5th floor. It DID have a fridge but no microwave. The TV was a small and a little outdated. The room was nice and clean and comfy. The bathroom shower was very unusual and the door didn't slide or close so yes, water did get on the floor but keeping a hand towel as a floor mat worked just fine. Hopefully you were awake by 8am because if not, the noise would wake you up. Housekeeping was vacuuming and doors were slamming, the vents in the room seemed to be noisy at times too, and my bedside table lamp didn't work. We went to the bar on Saturday night and the bartender was very nice. I asked her to make me whatever she wanted and she didn't disappoint!
