great location - very good staff - rooms could use an update

Beautifully decorated lobby and public spaces; very accommodating front desk, good exercise room. Very nice double room, clean and comfortable. The location, while not in town, is good for shopping - all close by, easy to get too. I'll be back

The location is good for everything Gettysburg, it right off the highway and easy access to downtown and everything else. Theres also a very good diner literally in the parking lot which is a plus. My only complaint is the room seemed a bit beat up and old. The floor creaked in the shower, the bathroom sink handles were partially broken, and everything just seemed worn. The beds were comfortable but odd... the mattresses had these big fluffy pads on them almost like they were covering a hard mattress like we did back in college. Overall a good stay though and the staff was very nice. The pool is a good size for the 16 kids in our group and the hot tub was comfortable for 8 adults. Pricing was also very affordable especially with the group rate.

Room was great, but no room refrigerator or microwave. Room TV is small. Spacious hotel. Staff is very accommodating.

Really missed having a microwave in our room. There were flies in our room, about a dozen of them when we arrived, it took us the first 24 hours to get rid of them all. They were mainly in the window area, 6th floor. Apart from that, the room was great & clean. There were a lot of noisy young people in the hallways, they enjoyed running past & squealing, but that was not the hotel's fault, they were here for a convention. I would recommend staying here, we will stay here again. Thank you!
